Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns

Due to the sacred and personal nature of many of our spiritual products, we generally do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged item.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order is incomplete or missing items.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will carefully review your request and provide the most appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Once verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, authenticity, and spiritual reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Rudraksha malas
  • Tulsi malas
  • Idols and deity statues
  • Yantras
  • Puja accessories
  • Incense products
  • Spiritual books
  • Blessed or energized items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds for lost shipments will be considered after confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Namoh.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, any refund issued may be reduced by the shipping and handling costs incurred.
